THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD WARNING FOR SMALL STREAMS IN...
  CRAWFORD COUNTY...
  RICHLAND COUNTY...

* UNTIL 200 PM EST FRIDAY...

* AT 607 AM EST NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE INDICATED RISING STREAMS AND
  CREEKS IN THE WARNED AREA. THE BLACK FORK AT SHELBY WAS AT BANKFULL AND 
  POSED A THREAT TO THE MAIN STREET BRIDGE. AT BUCYRUS THE SANDUSKY RIVER WAS 
  CONTINUING TO RISE AND COULD INUNDATE LANE AND RIVER STREETS. 
  SNOWMELT WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE DAY AND COULD PREVENT WATER FROM RECEDING
  FOR SEVERAL HOURS. SECONDARY ROADS ACROSS RICHLAND AND CRAWFORD COUNTIES 
  IN LOW SPOTS WILL LIKELY EXPERIENCE HIGH WATER THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON. 
  
* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE BUCYRUS AND
  SHELBY. OTHER AREAS THAT COULD EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE 
  MANSFIELD...GALION...BELLVILLE...AND CRESTLINE. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. MOST FLOODING DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. TURN AROUND DONT
