  EAST CENTRAL FORT BEND COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS...
  NORTHWESTERN GALVESTON COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS...
  SOUTHEASTERN HARRIS COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS...

* UNTIL 200 PM CDT

* AT 1059 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING 
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.  1.7 TO 1.8 INCHES OF RAIN HAS 
  FALLEN IN FRIENDSWOOD OVER THE PAST HOUR.  RAIN RATES OF 1.2 
  INCHES PER HOUR HAVE BEEN MEASURED AT THE JOHNSON SPACE CENTER 
  WHERE NEARLY 4.4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE 6AM CDT. FLASH 
  FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
